Domain URL: We use the domain you submit as the target of the brand intelligence audit. This is the only required input.
Email (Operator ID): Used solely to associate and activate your audit credits. Your email acts as your Stateless ID.
Payment Gateway: Financial data is processed directly by external intermediaries. SPE does not access or store card numbers or security codes.
Technical & Support Data: Contact email and minimal technical metadata to ensure session integrity and security.
Service delivery: contract execution.
Support: legitimate interest / contract execution.
Security & compliance: legitimate interest / legal obligation.
Operational communications: contract execution.
Support inquiries: retained for the duration necessary to resolve the request.
Transactions: retained per fiscal/accounting legal requirements.
Technical logs: minimum reasonable time for security purposes.
Audit results: not stored persistently. Analysis is transient.
Data may be shared with providers necessary to operate the service and infrastructure, payment providers, and authorities when legally required.
If any provider is located outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards will be applied (standard contractual clauses or other GDPR-recognized mechanisms).
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to contacto@spetrace.com. If you believe your rights have not been addressed, you may file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority (AEPD in Spain).
We apply technical measures to protect information and reduce risks of unauthorized access. The internet is not infallible; no system can guarantee absolute security.
The service is not directed at minors. If we detect improper processing, we may request verification measures or proceed with data deletion.
